One of the main goals of the industrial design team was to achieve a perfect fusion of metal and glass: the glass finish enhances the connectivity of the device, but it increases the mechanical complexity and reduces the resistance. Prototype after prototype, hundreds of iterations were tested to perfect the design, ergonomics and durability.
A camera with the bestresults
The quality of the camera is one of the most important features of a smartphone and it depends on the components, the tuning and the app. In this project, the camera, UX/UI and software development teams combined essential aspects from each of their disciplines to achieve a result that would reinvent night photography.
Obtaining clear sound with decent bass is no easy feat in a smartphone. To achieve this, we used the best stereo solutions on the market, such as Qualcomm® Aqstic™, and the latest Bluetooth low-latency codecs, such as aptX and aptX HD. What’s more, thanks to careful selection of components, and controlling them through complex algorithms that act on the amplifiers and speakers, immersive sound was achieved with negligible distortion levels.
